Setting
up your Windows Outlook Express e-mail account

1. In your Windows Outlook
Express, click on your Tools and then go to Accounts.

2. Click on the Mail tab,
and then Add button. Choose Mail.

Please note: Make sure you
do not have any other mail accounts in the white window. If you
have any mail accounts that are neither "pop3.ussonet.net"
or "mail.ussonet.net", delete the mail accounts by clicking
on the non-US SONET e-mail account and then the Remove Button.
3. Enter your Display Name,
i.e. John Smith. and then click on next.

4. Enter your E-mail Address,
i.e. your account @ussonet.net. and click on next.

5. The incoming mail protocol
is set to POP3 by default. Below the POP3 mail protocol
is where you need to enter your incoming mail server. Enter pop3.ussonet.net,
and in the outgoing mail server, enter the following, smtp.ussonet.net.
Click on next.

6. Enter only your password
and add nothing to your account name, and make sure you have "Remember
password" checked. Click on next.

7. Click on Finish to complete
your US SONET E-mail set-up, and then close of the Internet accounts.
8. Click on the Send and Received
button.
